Jo Simons, MAR Reflexologist
I qualfied in 2005 as a MAR Reflexologist (Member of the Association of Reflexologists). I am also trained as a Bach Flower Essence and Indian Head Massage Practitioner.
The courses I have completed include:
- Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology
- Preconception, Pregnancy and Postnatal Care Reflexology Diploma
- Spinal Reflexology Post Graduate Certificate
- Reiki I
- Indian Head Massage Diploma
- Bach Flower Educational Programme Part II
I have an up-to-date First Aid Certificate and full insurance including public liability and professional indemnity cover and I am registered with the CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council).
Prior to my therapy work, I spent 15 years in Sales and the Human Resources field so I understand how pressurised and stressful the office environment can be. Holistic therapies are natural, effective tools in the management of stress and illness and I want to help others reduce their stress, optimise health and improve their overall well-being. I continue to update my studies and look at new ideas to broaden my knowledge so I can help achieve your goals.
