When the requirements of a job do not match the capabilities or resources available to the employee, stress can result. My initial career was spent working in the Human Resources field so I understand how pressurised and stressful the office environment can be.  Holistic therapies are effective tools in the management of work-related stress. Just one session may help to reduce blood pressure, calm anxiety, induce relaxation and focus a busy mind allowing the employee to return to work feeling refreshed, revitalised and most importantly de-stressed!

A growing number of businesses are reaping the benefits of allowing their employees to receive Reflexology and Indian head massage treatments at their places of work.  An individual session can take just 30 minutes and is normally carried out in a quiet location within the office building. The benefits to both employers and employees are long-term and there is minimum disruption to the working day.
