"You can judge your health by your happiness" Dr. Edward Bach
Sleeping badly? Grieving? Worrying about your children or a partner?
Carrying too much responsibility? Fearful about something or, about nothing?
Issues about love? Feelings of jealousy, anger, lonliness or despair?
Sometimes we aren’t quite ourselves - we feel out of sorts, not able to cope as well as we normally do. Many people suffer from emotional imbalances presented by mood or anxieties. Bach flower essences are catalysts for change and may help you to release your emotions, so improving your overall health.
Back in the 1930s a forward thinking doctor and homoepath, Dr Edward Bach, gave up his successful Harley Street Practice to develop a new system of healing.
Through treating his patients, he came to believe that observation of the personality was the most important guide for the physician, rather than the disease itself.
He believed that the root cause of disease was an imbalance of our emotions.
He identified 38 emotional states along with 38 flower essences to restore them to balance and began treating patients with these essences.
The essences help us manage our emotions naturally, balancing negative thoughts and feelings, and allowing us to find our hidden strengths and potentials.
If you are feeling the effects of stress, anxiety, depression, or just want to feel on an even keel, then these natural healing essences may help bring about the change you are looking for.
